By accessing or using PrepToDone ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PrepToDone.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

PrepToDone provides AI-powered admissions guidance tools including competitiveness scoring, school matching, GAP analysis, essay feedback, and action planning features.

• PrepToDone is not a licensed educational consultant.
• The Service does not provide official academic advising or counseling.
• AI-generated content is for informational purposes only.
• PrepToDone does not submit applications on behalf of users.

All scores, predictions, match tiers, GAP analyses, and recommendations generated by PrepToDone are statistical estimates based on publicly available data including CDS (Common Data Set) and IPEDS reporting.

• Estimates do not guarantee admission outcomes to any institution.
• Actual admission decisions depend on factors outside the scope of this Service.
• Historical data does not predict individual results.
• Simulated outcomes in the "What If" feature are illustrative only.

By using the Service, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile.
• Do not misuse, exploit, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

PrepToDone offers subscription plans including Foundation, Strategic, and Elite tiers. Fees are billed in USD and are subject to change with advance notice.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Annual plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• We collect profile data, usage data, and anonymized outcome feedback with your consent.
• Anonymized aggregate data may be used to improve prediction models.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrepToDone shall not be liable for any admission outcomes, academic results, or decisions made by educational institutions.

• PrepToDone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
• PrepToDone makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding admission outcomes.

PrepToDone reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.

Certain blog posts and educational resources on PrepToDone are available only to paid subscribers. Free users may access a limited preview (approximately 300 characters) of gated content. Full access to all content requires an active paid subscription at the applicable tier (Foundation, Strategic, or Elite).

• Gated content is clearly marked before the preview cutoff.
• Free users may read a short excerpt before being prompted to upgrade.
• Content availability and gating thresholds may change at any time without prior notice.
• Subscription cancellation will remove access to gated content at the end of the billing period.
