Overview

PrepToDone offers one-time purchases of admissions guidance tools. All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payment, and refunds on our behalf.

14-Day Refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, for any reason — no questions asked. This applies to Full Review and Live Review (one-time purchases with lifetime access) and to the first payment of the Admissions Consultant monthly add-on subscription. You can cancel the Consultant add-on at any time to stop future monthly renewals; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Legacy PTD Plus subscribers can likewise cancel anytime to stop future annual renewals.

How to Request

Email hello@preptodone.com (subject "Refund Request") with your account email and purchase date (reason optional). Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method; you can also request directly via Paddle using your receipt.

Processing

We respond within 2 business days. Eligible refunds are processed by Paddle, typically appearing within 5–10 business days depending on your bank/card issuer.

No Cancellation Required

Products are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew — nothing to cancel, no recurring charges.
