Refund Policy

Overview
PrepToDone offers subscription-based access to admissions guidance tools. We want you to feel confident about your purchase.
This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request one. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles all transactions on our behalf.
Cycle Pass
Our paid plans (Application Review and Full Review) are one-time purchases that grant access for 12 months. The legacy Cycle Pass plan ($49) remains valid for existing customers. It is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase.
- Requests received after 7 days are not eligible.
- Cycle Pass does not auto-renew — there are no recurring charges to cancel.
Add-Ons (Consult Pack, Essay Review)
Add-on purchases are one-time charges. Unused credits are refundable within 7 days; consumed credits are non-refundable.
What Is Not Refundable
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance:
- Cycle Pass charges older than 7 days.
- Add-on credits that have already been consumed.
- Accounts that have been suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@preptodone.com with the following information:
- Subject line: "Refund Request".
- Your account email address.
- Date of purchase.
- Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful).
We will respond within 2 business days. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
No Cancellation Required
Cycle Pass does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. You will not be charged again at the end of the 12-month period.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the terms above, email hello@preptodone.com with the details listed in section 05.
Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for situations such as:
- Accidental duplicate charges.
- Technical issues that prevented access to the Service for an extended period and were caused by PrepToDone.
In these cases, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion regardless of the standard policy above.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
